Cheviot Pub Crawls can help local charities, benefit groups, and recognized fundraising efforts bring people into participating Stops while raising money for a cause.

Attendance drives fundraising. Your organization is responsible for marketing and promoting the proposed Pub Crawl and for attracting participants. Larger fundraising goals require enough people to visit participating Stops and meet their pledge goals.

Each Stop controls its own pledge. Every participating Stop independently chooses its pledged dollar amount and the number of valid participant scans required to earn that pledge. A Stop is not required to pay its pledge unless its own stated scan goal is reached.

Responsible participation is required. Stops retain full discretion over admission and service and may refuse service to anyone, especially a guest who appears impaired or behaves violently, threateningly, or disruptively. Pub Crawlers are never required to purchase alcohol, and participating Stops are expected to offer non-alcoholic options.
